@1) Healthy food diet plan mai hume morning mai daliya ya fir oats lena chiye or sath mai 1 ya 2 eggs lena chiye iske sath 1 glass milk le ye hamari body ke liye lite breakfast hai
Breakfast mai ghee ya butter na khaye
Ghee ya butter only lanch mai le









@2) lanch mai hame zadarar daal ya rice lena chiye  kiuki daal mai bhot sare minrals vitamin s paye jate hai or  rice mai faat bhot zada matra mai hota hai
Agar apko faat ki zarurat hai to rice ko zada le

Or lanch ke baad 1 glass milk le sakte hai yaad rahe milk lanch ke 1 hour ke baad lena hai


@3) dinar mai 2 ya 3 chapati sabjivke sath or 1 glass mil bas itna hi lena hai dinar mai or ha milk ke sath bread ya or kch le sakte hai

@4) agar aap itna diet ko follow karte hai to apki health bilkul fit rahegi

Or ase hi or tips ke liye hame follow kare
